One Day Virtual ‘Nourish and Nurture’ Yoga Workshop

Outline for the day:
A pre-recorded breathing session – wake up and breathe
10-1130 am Slow Flow – a juicy slow flow to get your body moving in a mindful way
A pre-recorded Yoga Nidra – after lunch lie back and listen to Lisa’s calming voice as she guides you to deep rest
4-5pm Yin Yoga – find inner peace as you slow right down
A pre-recorded sleep session – after dinner make your way to bed and be guided into a deep sleep
What else is included?
Lisa will include a healthy vegan breakfast, lunch and dinner recipe that you may like to try out to make this a true retreat from home.
A Spotify list of music will be sent to you that you may like to play whilst joining in the Slow Flow or Yin Yoga session.
