Lisa Powell has been teaching yoga for over 20 years and combines her love of yoga with her love of self-enquiry to create a practice that is deeply insightful and transformative. Using the tools of yoga, breath, meditation, visualisation, mind-mapping and journaling Lisa empowers her students to embrace all of who they are leading to a deeper connection with themselves and others.
