Yoga Holidays with Lisa Powell
Lisa has been running yoga holidays for many years. A yoga holiday provides a wonderful opportunity to combine getting away with getting to know yourself. Slow Flow Yoga in the morning and a more Restorative afternoon session will always include asana, pranayama, meditation, deep rest and contemplation.
Each holiday will be based around a certain theme. You may learn more about the Chakras (the energy vortexes), the Koshas (the five sheaths) or end up with a deeper understanding of the Yamas and Niyamas (ethical and moral codes) from the Yoga Sutras. There will be plenty of time to relax by the pool, read your book, explore the area or go on an organised trip. By the end of the break you will have a deeper connection to peace within, feel stronger both physically and mentally and have made some new friends in the process along with some wonderful memories.
