Lisa has been teaching one day workshops in the Hastings area since 2008. The days are always themed around a certain topic and include yoga, breathing, meditation, sometimes walking in a local wood, sometimes JourneyDance and always yoga nidra. Lisa enjoys cooking a healthy and nutritious 2-course meal for these events leaving students feeling nourished inside and out.
